Blue Sky would like to welcome Dr. Haley Barno to our team of doctors!  Dr. Barno was born and raised in Sherwood, OR, and as the daughter of a veterinarian she was constantly surrounded by various critters.  Her family raised Black Angus cattle and she was active in both 4-H and regional junior livestock shows.  She attended Portland State University where she obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in both Chemistry and Organismal Biology.  She then attended the College of Veterinary Medicine at Oregon State University and obtained her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2012.

Dr. Barno loves all aspects of veterinary medicine but is particularly interested in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery and dentistry.  She enjoys forming relationships with her patients and clients so that she can help them to make informed choices about their furry family member’s health care.  In her spare time, Dr. Barno enjoys running, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding and playing soccer.  She is a big football and basketball fan, and has a soft spot in her heart for the Portland Trail Blazers.  She likes all of these activities best when she is with her fiancé, Jeff, and her two dogs (Meatball and Mowgli), who mean the world to her.
